BRIEF HISTORY OF THE COMPANY

J.M.C. Constructions Private Limited was incorporated on 24.06.2008, under Part – IX of the Indian Companies Act 1956, with Dr. A. Srinivasulu as the Chairman and Promoter of the Company, by transferring all assets, liabilities and experience of a partnership firm, A. Srinivasulu & Co. set up in the year 1999, when it had a turnover of 19.06 crores. This firm had succeeded a proprietorship firm which started contract business in the year 1979, by Dr. A. Srinivasulu. His dynamism and Will has helped develop the Company to reach a turnover of Rs.270.70 Crores.
