J.M.C. Constructions Private Limited was incorporated on 24.06.2008, under Part – IX of the Indian Companies Act 1956, with Dr. A. Srinivasulu as the Chairman and Promoter of the Company, by transferring all assets, liabilities and experience of a partnership firm, A. Srinivasulu & Co. set up in the year 1999, when it had a turnover of 19.06 crores. This firm had succeeded a proprietorship firm which started contract usiness in the year 1979, by Dr. A. Srinivasulu. His dynamism and Will has helped develop the Company to reach a turnover of Rs.270.70 Crores.
Our All Services
Dr.Aranii Srenevasulu hails from Chittoor Town in A.P. He has completed his Bachelor of Arts. Soon after his studies, and in the year 1981 he has improved the business of laying roads in a mechanized way. In order to expand the business further and to diversify, the partnership firm has been converted as a limited company.
Sri Arani Madan Mohan, Director of the company hails from Bangalore, Karnataka. He has completed his Masters in Civil in U.S.A. Soon after his studies, and in the year 2011 he has mproved the business of laying roads in a mechanized way. In order to expand the business further and to diversify, the partnership firm has been converted as a limited company
To contribute to meet the nation’s need for the development of Highways, Roadways and to help create a network of the expressways of global standards; to execute projects with consistency, best-in-class uality assurance and cost control while adhering to milestones as per our customers’ requirements; promote economic wellbeing and quality of life of the people while creating shareholder value.
Our Mission has always been to set new standards in quality while mastering the art of in-time xecution of the deliverables. Earmarking excellence in productivity, quality, innovation and timemanagement has become our habit.
The Company has been specializing in all kinds of civil works involved in the Formation of Roads, Widening of Roads, Strengthening of Roads, Maintenance of roads of National Highways Authority of India nd Special Repair works under renewal program, with Hot Mix Process. Further, the Company also executed Construction of Bridges, Railway Over Bridges, Railway under Bridges and Formation of Storage Tanks, by deploying sophisticated Plant and heavy Machineries.
At present, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, U.P. Odisha, and Goa; we propose to move to other areas too as required.
